Also, even though I know I should drink more water and eat more veggies, I can't help but indulge in a nice cup of coffee and a bit of chocolate. My favorite is the second on your list - it's so true, and such a great reminder : ) It's definitely freeing to let go of images of our own ideal selves and happily embrace who we are today. I definitely spend more time online than I should. Also, even though I know I should drink more water and eat more veggies, I can’t help but indulge in a nice cup of coffee and a bit of chocolate.
