I love it that our cold weather doesn't last as long (compared to CT) but the heat and humidity in mid to late summer make up are sometimes unbearable. Oh well, we make the most of it by hanging in our basement, getting to the pool, and getting outside when the temps are cooler. I hope you'll have warmer weather in this coming week, =). sunnymama, thank you for the kind words about my photographs. My grandmother has a ton of daffodils across the road from her house, nobody tends to them but the come back in abundance every year. I'm hoping to establish such a daffodil patch in my yard, but it will be a little while before I see yellow! For now I have to be satisfied with green. I love the daffodils. Oh, and I wasn't sure whether those were tulips or crocuses . . . that's why I like to frequent master gardener sites, like yours, so that I can learn a bit more about dirt, growing, and the pretty and tasty things that a garden creates.
