I guess the solution, if you really want more trick or treaters, is to move to a highly populated town home community, or in our case, an entire city of town house developments and condos. Let's just say that even the "allergy" designated treat bags were gone. It's a high traffic neighborhood. Yes, I remember the days when we only had a few trick or treaters.
