		<description>Melody, great idea.  Also, thank you for pointing out that glass jars are easily recycled too.

Prasanna, I will have to try your idea of starting seedlings in aluminum cans.  I think I remember doing something similar when I was a child.  I&#039;m glad Raki is getting in on the fun too.   It is wonderful when our children can participate artistically in helping to create not only a healthier but more beautiful world.</description>

		<description>I have used recyclable aluminum cans to plant seeds.  Once they have sprouted, I planted them outdoors and recycled the can!  Oh, and Raki decorated the cans with stickers!!</description>

		<description>I save jars and use to collect used oil (so it doesn&#039;t go down the drain).  Once the jar is full I dump the cooled oil in the trash and recycle the jar.  

We also use them to collect bugs from outside for Aryana to examine because she&#039;s bug crazy!</description>
